And We’ve Forgotten How to Do It.
The WellBeing Project cuts through the noise with practical guidance, peer support, and meaningful connection.
For good.
“As long as my crops don’t die, I’m fine with a shriveled harvest,” said no farmer, ever.
“Sparky eats, poops, and tolerates a head pat—he’s everything we hoped for,” said no pet owner, ever.
“I feed my toddler whenever I remember to, let her play a few times a month when I can squeeze it in our schedule, and put her to bed with a tablet to scroll every night. She’s still growing and not chronically sick, so I must be doing it right!” said no parent, ever.
So why do we treat ourselves this way? We’ve confused survival with success.
Our bodies are quietly breaking down. Our minds hum with low-grade dread.
Our relationships feel more like joint bank accounts than deep connections.
This isn’t living—it’s slow-motion triage.
Well-being is how we start out as little ones, provided with the attention, affection, and devotion required to grow.
Somewhere along the way, the plan got swapped. We were re-trained to consume: products, distractions, and fear.
And when we can’t keep up with the neighbors, the workload, or the news cycle, we’re offered Band-Aid solutions to get us back to consuming, producing, and politicking.
We can split atoms and code AI—but we’ve forgotten how to sleep deeply, laugh freely, and connect meaningfully. We assume:
“Health” means not chronically ill
“Success” means too busy to enjoy it
“Self-care” means scrolling social media in the bath
It’s not your fault. But it is something you can change.
Not toxic positivity. Not bootcamp hooah. Not a detox protocol.
This is a practical guidance: What flourishing actually is, how it’s achieved, and why it’s non-negotiable
This is peer-support: Weekly small group conversations to turn information into transformation
This is not going anywhere: We’re not enjoying a moment–we’re building a movement.
Information isn’t transformation. For that, we need motivation.
Books spark awareness. Cohorts create change.
This 8-week small group experience helps you apply powerful concepts to your real life. With weekly live sessions, personal reflection tools, and deep connection, you’ll move from knowing what you need… to actually living it. Just 7 people per cohort. Real conversations. Lasting transformation.
You're gonna love your cohort!
Course 1
(Weeks 1-3)
These are the non-negotiables for human thriving—the stuff nobody ever sat you down and explained, but once you hear it, you wonder how you lived without it.
We break it all down, piece by piece, in a way that just clicks.
Course 2
(Week 4)
"We assume that our circumstances shape our stories. But time and again, I’ve seen the opposite—our stories shape our circumstances." – Lori Gottlieb, LMFT, Courtesy TED
This course helps you rewrite your personal narrative so that your past makes sense, your present has clarity, and your future feels possible.
Course 3
(Weeks 5-6)
Information isn’t transformation. Tending is how you take care of your body and mind in a way that’s actually doable—even on your worst days.
It’s not about adding 17 new habits to your life. It’s about making your actual life work better, by understanding your needs and meeting them well.
The Wrap
(Weeks 7-8)
Together, we’ll reflect on what we’ve learned, share what’s shifted, and get clear on how to move forward.
You’ll also learn the Weekly Small Group conversation format—the way you can stay just as connected, even after the cohort ends.
